All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with the room that was promptly and efficiently resolved. The buffet breakfast was varied and frequently replenished. Good location and the resteraunts recommended by the reception staff were superb. Security and access were also very good.

Seemed well run. Pleasant young women at the desk. Decent breakfast. Decent location, with a tram line running right by.
Some might not like the noise from the tram on the street side or the voices from the lobby outside the door in the room where I stayed. Didn't bother me, though.

Room was very cold and uncomfortable, for 12 days nobody cleaned it and change bed-clothes. When I have come for a breakfast at 9.30 I have found that there is nothing to eat. Also the manager of hotel has forced me to pay at once all sum of residing in spite of the fact that in book confirmation it has been told that payment to be made at check out. Also on the ground floor there lived any Caucasians who constantly smoked marihuana and shouted at night, and the personnel didn't react to requests somehow them to calm.

The room was warm and the bed confortable, appreciated the breakfast too.
The room cleaning: we asked, by an information in the door, to our room be cleaned and the only thing they did was fix the sheets in the bed. They Only have 4 channels in the tv (all in german) and the broadcast was full with interruptions.

very close to the centre, nice location, not very far from the underground, nice building if not very well maintained
poor maintenance, breakfast not very rich in choice, very small bathtub, generally very small room

The hotel was clean with a good location next to the charming St Jan's Nepomucky Church. Airy rooms with interesting design. - Savory food options like coffee, tea, bread, jam, and cheese. - Nice service throughout the entire property. - Friendly check-in process.
Simply no complaints, excellent stay.

The location is excellent - the hotel is in a quiet area, about 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. The hotel building is really beautiful and impressive. The rooms are quite spacious and quiet (except for the one facing the street), with a nice, clean bathroom. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The hotel is fine for a 1- or 2-star property, but definitely it's not a 3 star standard. The breakfast was ok, but very often it happened that when some products from the buffet were finished, they were not refilled, so we were left with not much to eat. One day, when we asked at the reception for the buffet to be replenished, a few minutes later the kitchen guy came up and started shouting at us in Czech, obviously not willing to replenish anything. This is not the service you can expect from a 3-star hotel.
